I've had an on-going problem that went on for 5 weeks, I complained to ISPA on 20th July and received a MAC code today with the promise that a cancellation fee would not apply to my account.
Thanks a lot for setting up this site as I hadn't heard of ISPA before and didn't know who to complain to effectively.
Yes I agree - this site is fantastic.
It highlights the problems created by Orange and lets people share ideas to get away from the lying robbing disgrace.
