When I try to (re)install the drivers from the Orange disk for the ST-330 modem I get the message 'Setup was unable to install all the components...'. (All previous drivers have been uninstalled) Why?
When I ignore the message and carry on, plug-in the modem to the USB port it can't be detected by the software...
Do you get a red USB light on the modem or green lights?
If they're green then it sounds like the drivers are still there and the software is unable to pickup the already drivers being used for the connection. You could get around this by uninstalling it through device manager and then trying to install again.
