I rang technical support many times trying to get them to fix my latency issues, Finally I got a tech team leader to authorise the cancellation of my contract without incurring a fee as their service was essentially unfit for purpose, they were unable to fix the high latency and connection issues I was having.
The downside is customer service will cancel your contract but they probably won't give you a MAC code. So you will have to wait 10 days for the marks to go from the line then 5 days for your new isp activation. I waited 3 weeks in the end with no internet. Now I'm with BT and my latency is lots lower.
So,
Don't renew your contract.
Do Pester Technical support. (08700102462) then 1,5,4,1
Finally, argue your case that they have breached contract by providing a service thats unfit for purpose.
I had months of terrible service and high peak time lag, all the while thinking it was my Pc or area. Don't belive a word they say, they have terrible servers and even worse customer care.
