I noticed that my LiveBox assigns a new IP address to my laptop every day.

From running ipconfig /all you can see that the LiveBox DHCP server only assigns an IP address lease for 1 day.

Most routers which support DHCP allow you to specify the length of the lease, however I can't find any such setting on the LiveBox. There is no information on the Orange knowledge base.

It would seem like a pretty standard feature, anyone know if it is possible ?

AFAIK it's not something you can alter on the livebox.

You could instead just set the IP address manually and then it would have the same one effectively permanently.
