I've been with Orange since Nov 06. Usual probs with poor download speeds but these have been evening out. Usual download speeds between 1.5 mbps and 5.9 mbps. I consider myself lucky!
I've got shocking upload speeds though ranging from 91kbps to 2.1 mbps depending on time. Weird cos at peak times the upload speed is ok - tested tonight at about 6pm and it was over 1.5 mpbs. Tested again 15 mins ago and it down to 91 kbps.
Poor upload does not rest well with other gamers on xbox live. I've lost count of how many time i've been booted from games.

Thats also weird as it's not technically possible for upload speeds to go over 448kbps. (800kbps ish if there had been a screwup and the wrong ADSL Max product was manually ordered though this is highly unlikely)
