On todays call to the Indian call centre I was told that there was a Broadband Outage across the entire UK, it happened about a month ago, engineers are working on it and I should call back in 3 to 5 days...

Does anyone know why my Attainable Rate has dropped from 9184kbps to 7584kbps over the last couple of days?
