These are both constants each time I check. Am I correct in thinking that Orange have therefore capped my available speed to 2272 kbps? Speed tests give me a fairly constant 1.9Kbps result.
I'm on the Denton, Manchester exchange on the up to 8MB LLU package.

I am on the Denton exchange and for the last 3/4 weeks I have been getting 4 - 6000kbps and 244 upload. How far from the exchange are you? it might be that. I am about 300 metres away near crownpoint.
My third call to Tech Support in India at least got me onto somebody who has arranged a line test so maybe we'll find out why my line is restricted in this way.
