In line with weird and wonderful Orange broadband issues, here's something new for the pot...
My girlfriend uses Orange Broadband to connect to the web, and seems to be having interesting issues with her e-mail. She has 2 e-mail addresses, both on private lines, though one is a simple redirect.
When I e-mail personal@mailserver.com, the e-mail gets through and I don't get any grief.
However, if I e-mail her work address (the redirect) work@othermailserver.com, then I get this report:

Does anyone have any ideas why this is happening? Could it be a problem with the redirect, or is it Orange?
