Hi, I've changed from Orange to BT and now have to send my Livebox back to Orange, which is fine as I never want to see the damn thing again. However, I was just wondering, as I'm not technically minded, would the Livebox now contain any personal information about me? If so, how can it be removed?

Just peform a factory reset. Sorry for the huge link, but theres the instructions on how to reset the livebox.

Often the long links into the Orange help system stop working so:

Factory resetting.

Disconnect the power,
press and hold the 1 button,
reconnect the power,
within a few seconds you should get 3 solid lights,
release the button.

The box should now be wiped of your username and password, you can open the pages via any connection and check if you want to be sure.
