Nothing too new here I expect...been with Freeserve / Wanadoo / Orange since 1999...largely problem-free till Orange took over...since then I get an error message with a good 50% of my outgoing emails (0x800CCC6F et al)...of those that do go a fair number are never received, although I get no notification of this...customer services have consistently passed the buck to Microsoft, pleaded ignorance of Outlook, sent me through the same-old fob-off re-enter-your-account-settings loop, or denied there was any sort of problem at all...final straw came last week when after much pleading a tech support guy caved in to my requests to speak to his manager, who - curtly - said she wasn't aware of any problems but would "escalate" mine and call back. Needless to say the call never came. I am now an anxiously optimistic customer of Zen Internet.
