Does anyone else have the same problem or can someone help. I'll make this as quick as possible.
I have a desktop which i connect thru the invetel adapter - Works fine
I have a laptop which I can connect thru the invetel adapter - Works fin
This is the problem is I cannot connect using the onboard lan ( intel adapter 2200BG)
I am unable to see my livebox using either the microsoft client or intels.
Things I have tried or done:
I can connect to the internet using a wired link (ethernet)
I can see all my neighbours wireless points and can connect to them ( one has no security) so my laptop works ok
I have tried unplugging the livebox for a bit
I have been pressing the pairing button on the box.
Odd, if the Inventel adapters can see and connect to the livebox then other adapters should be able to as well. The wireless side of the livebox and adapters runs on the normal 802.11g standard.
