The b****** have not re-connected me in over 4 WEEKS I am still off line with Orange and have had to go to Virgin or be BANKRUPT. I run a once thriving imaging business and these animals have neer put me out of business.
I am fighting my 10 months to go on contract.
SUGGESTIONS
1. Place add in Wath upon dearn newspapers saying how crap they are
2. Put large posters up in vicinity of Orange offices bases on there advert for broadband
3. Go to their offices with watchdog people and let them explain !!
4. Go and smack the CEO in the gob

Not to get at you or anything but if your livelihood or business relies on a broadband connection then you really ought to go for a business grade service. That way they have guaranteed service levels, faster response times and insurance you can claim lost income from.

Just cancel your contract. Phone them up on their revenue generating National rate number and tell them to f**k off. In the unlikely event that your accountants think it is worth chasing up this few hundred quid then you can take them to the small claims court and most likely they won't enter a defence IMHO.
