I have had problems with my upgrades to 8meg...or should i say they actually downgraded me to 1 meg. This has been ongoing for 6 months. I have now took it upon myself to complain to ISPA. I received a letter today from complaints service advisor at Orange who...surprise surprise tried to tell me the same thing that I had been told by the techies..."I would have to wait a further 5days" to this I have requested my MAC code and got it within the hour.
I am posting this to ask if anyone can reccomend a suitable ISP that can give me the same service I recieved from Orange...ie. 8meg + VOIP + unlimited downloads.
