I can confirm the 0113 222 9100 number as I've just been called by someone on it.

If you want a name, try Linda McKeown a Customer Relations Specialist, although she failed to fully understand my complaint the first time.

Don't waste too much time with easily deniable telephone calls.

If you get nowhere with customer services or wish to put matters on a more legal footing, for instance cease and desist [1] and letter before action [2] notices, write to the Company Secretary who is responsible for company legal matters -

ADMIN NOTE WITH RESPECT TO THE EDIT OF THE ABOVE POST

In order to maintain the integrity of this website, I have removed the mobile phone numbers listed above for two members of Wanadoo staff...

The reason for this is to ensure that these are not personal phone numbers. If they are work-related numbers, I may put them back on.

As much as we are all totally hacked off with Wanadoo, their staff also have a private and personal life which should not be infringed upon.
