I cancelled my broadband with Orange on 04/05/07, I was told I have to give 30 days notice so it will end 01/06/07. I'm not to cancel my direct debit as they will continue to take payments but they will arrange a refund after that time. From what I have read in this forum I am a bit worried! I am moving house in the next few weeks but am keeping the same phone line, if I want to sign up with a new broadband provider in a couple of months time am I likely to encounter problems?

You shouldn't have any trouble. Once you move you'll be on a completely different line and providing it's clear you can go to any provider you choose. As for where you are right now, I presume after the 30 days a cease is automatically ordered and takes roughly 10 days to clear the broadband from the line.
