No not my personal problems... There's no help for me there...
More importantly my internet seems to be working again. About 1.30pm today (Saturday 5th May) I noticed 3 solid lights on my livebox that haven't been there for the last 3weeks. When I turned on my computer my anti-virus started updating itself so I knew my internet problems had been solved... Know I wonder how long this will last?
Has anyone else had their service restored???

What's the easiest way to check my connection speeds?
You may have a connection again - as I now do but you can hardly call a 40KB/s download speed a fix. Before Orange took over I was getting a constant 240-250KB/s download (on my then 2Mb connection) then it all went bad.
Basically they disconnected my connection, left it off for a week, reconnected it and now supply me with what is not even a 512Kb connection.
Fixed? I can think of another word starting and ending with the same letters which is more apt.
