I'm currently only on 1MB speed, but they ran a speedtest and they say I should get 6.5MB. Is this an actual speedtest, or have they used some tool to predict my speed, because on the "upgrade my package" web page it says I will 5MB?

I'm able to download at around 40-50KB/s most of the time, around 5pm - 11pm it's terrible, sometimes hovering around the 8-20KB/s mark!
If I do a speedtest in the early hours (I did one at 2am) I'll get around 350-450KB/s - like I'm supposed to. So as long as I browse/download between 2am - 6am it's fine.

using a Speedtouch 330 rather than the Lurvebox?
I wondered if this mattered or not, as I use the Frog.
Im syncing at 5055kbps, but only getting 4.3meg =\
As far as im aware theres no training period for llu.. so any other reason im not getting my sync speed? Someone else i know on my exchange is getting 700+kb/s so it cant be my exchange cant handle speeds any higher than that..

Hopefully Orange have now sorted their end - so how do you get faster speeds.
From my point of view speed is around 6, phone works, and even emails are going. So I am happy.
