Todays speeds are averaging 3.0 to 3.8 Mb excellent compared with yesterday evening. Will see whats tonight brings LOL.

My connection has been absolutely pathetic the last few days, barely above the speed of a dial-up connection.

Can anyone else beat the above speed tests?

I am supposed to be on 8meg but getting speedts of around 1945kb
Just ran the following test today after closing any programs that use the net connection and running "NETSTAT" to make sure...(this was proof there was nothng running in the background.

I have had this problem for 6 months now. Had no offer of refund from them and keep getting told to wait 24hrs

This tonight. I have had persisitant problems since the 19th of Feb when they apparently upgraded me to 8Mb.During the day I can get around 4Mb but evenings now are abismal around 400kbs if I'm lucky.

If it wasn't bundled in with my business mobile I would have binned them by now.

Yeah that happens sometimes in the evenins. Your high speeds should be back with you later.
