Since my so called upgrade in February I have been getting speeds anywhere from 300kbps to 4800kbps, this evening especially bad. Prior to the upgrade I was getting a constant 1800kbps no probs.
They have identified a fault on the line at some point but have yet to resolve the issue nearly Three months later.
No wonder they are the worst ISP in the country.![/url]

I was down to ~ 0.3Mb/s earlier this evening when using Thinkbroadband
speed test. This is highly unusual for me and I suspect this indicates
jiggery-pokery at my exchange in the evenings. I normally go no lower
than 1 Mb/s at very worst and this morning I was at the 2.7 Mb/s cap.
Others have reported very slow speeds over several days prior to a sudden
boost above 2.7, so I'm hoping that my degradation is the preamble
to this too. Strange, though, as yet again my browser throughput seems
much higher than 0.4 Mb/s would suggest and my reconnection-logins
are now always immediate rather than hesitant as they were before.
Same, i was getting 2.7meg this morning, and for the past few nights i've been getting crappy speeds, also hoping im gonna get this speed boost, not getting my hopes up like lol
