Thank you, so when I ring Orange back up... what should I say to them? Because I tried earlier to explain what the BT thing said but he wouldn't listen and just kept telling me that I can't get more than meg broadband when I know for a fact that I can because my cousin lives 2 streets away from me, therefore obviously on the same exchange gets it.. and shes also on Orange!
Who would you reconmend moving to if I can't get this sorted out with Orange? and would I definatly be able to get higher than 2meg speed if I do move? Is that what these speed tests mean?
