I am supposed to be on IPstream Max (up to 8 Megs) but only got set up with IPstream 500 (see my threads in technical talk)
However, I recently checked the BT website orders page and apparantly there was an order on 13/02/07 that ceased IPstream500 and provided LLU LINE SHARE PSTN
My local exchange is not LLU enabled but is Ipstream max enabled.
I am still only getting 1/2 meg connection speed
What is LLU LINE SHARE PSTN amd how come Ive got it in a none LLU area?
My exchange doesnt show as being llu'd but im on it, Orange dont give out info of wher they LLU, dont know why its not like theyre making any competition against other llu providers, as long as theirs works properly its gonna be bettr that oranges.
Be aware that info of what exchanges have been LLU'd may be inaccurate. If you're getting your info from a website, its possible that info has not been updated.
From that information you have given, it shows you are indeed on LLU. As for still being on half meg, join the club I've been asking that question since I joined. Do a search here, you'll get a bigger picture as to why you are only getting half meg.
