You are welcome.

You probably suffer like the rest of us with contention issues in the evening. This is the peak time of internet usage.

I normally average around 6.5mb but quite often during this time it can dip to similar speeds you get and then after 11pm it gets back to normal.

Hi i thought my problem with internet speed had been sorted but i was wrong.

I had a call from Orange today asking me for 3 days and times i would be in as BT want to come to my house to do some checks to find out why i'm getting slow speeds, when i asked why they want to come he said BT wouldn't tell them, so sometime this week they should be coming i will let u know what happens.

Have you been getting slow speeds again? Did they say why BT were coming out? Have you checked your internal wiring,etc?

Hi sometimes my speeds r slow but not as slow as before. I asked why BT were coming out and he said he doesn't know? all my wiring is fine cleaned files on computer in case that was contributing so will have to wait for BT to come and ask him until then i'm in the dark on this one.

Hi,

What are your livebox stats and try a speedtest on http://www.dslzoneuk.net/ and post these too.

We all get slower speeds during the peak time of 6-11pm.
