Ok you need to sit down for this one!!
After numerous problems with Livebox and then VOIP. Finally everything came on line and has worked for a whole 4 days with no problems.....but that's not the scary bit. I RECEIVED a call from customer service ....yes they phoned me...to tell me VOIP was active (again) and was everything alright. I didn't know what to say.. i was so shocked. What do we do if Orange start becoming efficient???
HEEHEEE i had a call from cs asking if my 2mb service was ok i said yes,so they turned it down to 608kb. idiots or what and he promised to ring back and check if further work at my exchange had been successful but never did i got an email too at the weekend offering me their mobile service and free broadband lol.

LOL, sorry cider- gotta laugh or you'll cry. It's akin to floating in the sea, someone comes and asks "How are you?", before you can say "Great! Now that your here.." Then they steal your f*cking life jacket...
Yep well i have to laugh got that much crap going on as well as Orange too lol deciding to go to BE means a few weeks wait till they get in my exchange hopefully i can get back to a bit of gaming between 4pm and 11pm.They are haunting me they are even advertising on msn which i use to talk with my sister and niece lol. in fact i am sure msn has slowed down too since they started advertising on it
I have something odd going on after 6 weeks of terrible connections,yesterday at 10am got the usual disconnection as i did this morning too,i did a speed test my ip address has now changed from befinning with 84. and speedtest showing me with cable and wireless.To an ip beginning 91.and speedtest showing me with Orange,my connection is stable even at peak times my pings are stable and lower than they ever where over the past 4 years,am i hoping too much(touch wood)to think they have fixed it ok i am still on 608 but i download very little i would prefer this stable connection,watch this space because at the moment i am really happy and it costs me £14 less a month too,here's hoping Oh and they charged me too much last month but gave it me back this month.
