i have sometimes good spells of a few hours, and then i have about 45 minutes of constant connecting and disconnecting my livebox... it goes through periods where it says limited or no connectivity or just doesnt send anything to it
this is immensley frustrating, ive changed the firewall on the livebox to low... that worked for a bit but it's stil the same!
could this be my computer? the livebox used to work fine using ethernet on another PC... and i used to connect this computer wirelessly to it aswell, but that belkin wireless thing was pretty much as tempremental this ethernet connection is... and i have now thrown it against a wall and it will never work again. ever.
everything worked fine, until i got rid of computer one that had the original ethernet connection, the wirless worked for about a week then started ballsing up.
and now ethernet on this pc is doin the same.
any other techniques or tricks i should try before roundhousin my livebox and/or PC?
It could be PC related but at present you have not given enough info. When you are suffering from these disconnections what is the @ light on the livebox doing. Does it remain on or flash?
