Hi!
Im am supposedly on 8meg LLU network - im nowhere chuffing near despite it telling me im on 7.6meg. Its slower than dial up - its just taken me Three refreshes to log in here to type this.
How the hell are you supposed to do anything? I have searched high and low on the Orange site - what number do you ring to cancel and complain? Is there an email address I can write to? I cannot be doing with ringing another person in India who doesn't know what I am going on about!
I was on Wanadoo and got faffed about like everyone else it seems when it changed to Orange.
Does it really take a month to get rid of this nightmare service? Or is there a quicker way?
Oh yes, there's an e mail address......................this is what you get.

I did all that before I contacted you. I have attached a graph of the
performance since I upgraded. I rather hoped I would be the odd one out,
and not have the 'Orange problems' that the web is full of. I have no
intention of telephoning a national rate number when I am paying you
£19.99 a month to provide me with a service - please make a little more
effort. I know how my line should work - it doesn't.

You can either ring Orange and get a MAC code (they have to provide one by law). Use this to move to a real ISP.
Or you can ring up and cancel your account, wait 10 working days for you line to be cleared, then go to a real ISP.
I can recommend Idnet as a 100% brilliant ISP - 6 months now after the nightmare Orange.
