My exchange is Basingstoke. Orange did the work on Friday to upgrade to LLU and since then the service has been hopeless. I've asked for a MAC which they say will take five days to arrive but they also said (or was it threatened?) that other providers will not effect a quick changeover because of Orange's LLU status. I've checked my exchange and there are other providers that are LLU enabled, like Pipex. Will another LLU provider be able to change over almost seamlessly with a MAC from Orange?
if you are looking to cancel with Orange your best option is to cancel with Orange and re-register with another isp (do not use MAC key) its hopeless, for completion of LLU cease you waiting 3 working days for completion then goodbye Orange
