After 12 monts of constant problems and terrible service i'm now at the end of my broadband agreement with Orange. They really are an absolute shambles.
Just thought i'd update you all with the latest situation. And it looks positive. Today after much hounding I spoke to someone who seemed to know what they were talking about at Orange.
I'm truly amazed. After all the stuff I have been reading I really wasnt expecting them to fix anything at all. Imagine my surprise when my download speed quadrupled overnight!
Finally I have some progress! After much complaining to Orange they asked for an engineer report on the line which identified a fault which they seem to have fixed. I am now up to 1400kbps download ...
