i get a really bad line with my livebox, i get crackles and general poor voice quality. Also sometimes if someone rings i can hear them but they cannot hear me.

Im almost in the same situation ive had my first warning letter, and i think im going to recieve my email any day now, as last month (before my email) my useage was also high.
you have probably tried this before, but i had that problem the first time i connected my livebox up, vista normally does this when the WPA/WEP key is incorrect.
