Syncronised means it's a username/password problem that is correct but the reason it states "PPP SERVER DOWN" is because of the serve is refusing the username/password so this will not resol ...
if you have a usb modem please try it because it forces a connection and unlocks the server you are connecting to! as i advised other customer that call up! please reply if this works or not!
