i think the MSR, once set, remains at that rate no matter what happens to your line after the 10 day training period. i cant see that it can ever change after then

My answer would be ... they have 30 days to fix a fault ... I would then ask for your MAC and go to a company who wish to retain loyal customers, which it would seem Orange no longer wish to do.
Looks like the DLM has put you on a 2 meg profile. It can get worse, it could put you down on a 1 meg profile, which it will probably do.
