ok, so the guy from Orange called & suggested that i take away the extension from my pc (upstairs) to the phone socket (downstairs) as this may be the reason!, even though i have had this connect ...
ok thanks, its getting beyond a joke now as for a month its been worse than dial up & takes up to 20 mins just to logout of a site like hotmail.
please let me know when some action can be taken ...
