Contact OFCOM now and explain things, don't just threaten Orange with that as they will wait before doing anything first.

Now it has come to my attention that threatening Orange with the likes of Watchdog doesn't seem to phase them as only the odd few calls to them will not raise enough eyebrows for them to act!
