hi, i have recently changed mobile phone providers to Orange and have been offered a deal on broadband.
do i want to exchange providers?

The line test stuff does seem to be an excuse - my friend is still cut off and he got someone to admit that, while he had been told on 3 seperate occassions that no line tests has occured.
I'm on the value package - I should be getting @6mps - which is fine for my usage, which is mainly emails and webpages. I'm more concern about the connection being on!

I can, for once, report a good bit of service from Orange - I asked for a MAC code on thursday and it arrived today - hopefully my Orange nightmare is drawing to a close.
Unless it's from CAT or Escalations then I'd be very sceptical over those comments as the normal tech staff have very little, if any, direct contact with the people who deal with LLU.
