Good luck mate, I used to get 5-6mb download before Orange got greedy and then it dropped to a max of 2.7mb. When they lied to me over the phone I thought f*** this and migrated to Be*
And the ability to talk to the people in charge (Brett and Louise) on a dedicated forum is a bonus that only goes to show what is possible in the ISP business.
I think other people have been having the same problems as you, and it may be something to do with the routing of the service (Oranges fault, not yours)
Cheers guys, I do keep reading the email (even though they gave it over the phone) especially the line about leaving. WTF do they expect when they provide anti-broadband?
