I believe it is due to Orange selling too much bandwidth but have no capacity to back it up.
Still no reply from Orange to my complaint, still numerous disconnections evry night. In a day or two, 10 days are up and I will complain to ISPA, BBC Watchdog, whatever.
Apparently the reason in simple:

to read this website a bit, listen to their customers who call/email them, acknowleadge to its customers that there are indeed problems with connections, and fix the problems?

3. If they don't, then I'll go to ISPA
