this is standard practice for all isps, i would not cancel DD , just wait till migration is confirmed as to been complete then contact Orange to be sure account is closed

thats just your own opinion, what you seem to forget is there is going to be alot of satisfied customers whos out there on Orange broadband, we really only seem to hear about the LLU problems on this ...
