rang them this morning again and have requested in writing details of my account closure with no cancellation charge. the very same thing i requested 7 weeks ago but was told they couldn't do.
true to their word have connected me within 7 days (today, earliest date given), altough they did say it might take until Monday (1st Oct). so they have excelled themselves already.
30 days passed yesterday afternoon, and last night i had cancellation of my contract approved at no fee to myself. This was all achieved in one call (eventually).
